STRUCTURE– A healthy church has a structure that works. Functions that are no longer needed are not continued. Structure and Fellowship are kept in appropriate tension. Structure is changed as needed but always considers the relationships altered by any change. The desire for fellowship does not keep a needed change in structure from taking place. Multiplication must be built into structure. Each leader has the responsibility to train other leaders.
