Inclusion is the process by which persons are brought to faith in God through Jesus Christ, become involved in a local New Testament church, are assimilated into the fellowship life and care ministry of the church, have opportunities for spiritual growth and leadership development, and utilize their gifts and skills through Kingdom involvement.
